There’s also a free preview of HBO and Cinemax on Cox going on at this time and a free preview of HBO on Dish this month.

You can access the on demand during the previews. That is usually what I use when it is free so I can watch when it is good for me. But unfortunately not all movies are on demand. BTW Keeny Powers rules-LOL
How do you access the on demand content? Is it on a particular channel, or where do you find it?
