  1. It seems like it has been awhile since Verizon FiOS received any free previews.

    1. Fios had free showtime and epix in late August, unfortunately I missed the first few days.

      1. But that wasn’t even a proper preview, at least for me. Showtime was not actually available. Epix did not allow on-demand. That one was only the 2 Epix live channels for us.

        1. Showtime didn’t work for me either.

    2. FiOS TV offers ‘Free View’ – Customers can activate one 48-hour free preview of each premium channel [HBO, SHOWTIME, Cinemax, STARZ, and EPIX], valid one time per premium channel, within a 12-month period. So, you can pick and choose free previews of an individual channel whenever you want. Or multiple channels if you want to go crazy. https://www.verizon.com/info/fios-free-preview/

      1. Thanks for that info!
Unfortunately it sounds like I can’t use it, because I access FiOS TV via CableCARD and don’t have a Verizon set-top box. The page you link says
“You’ll need to activate your Free View from your TV”

        1. I have th Verizon set top box so I’ll have to see if I can find “Free View.” That sound like a good feature to be able to access.

    3. Okay, yeah, it looks like Sept. 27 through the 30th, 2021. Now, we’ll just have to see when Verizon FiOS will be doing free previews in 2022

  2. What about Verizon. It’s been forever since had a free preview. What I pay for verizon they could throw us bone at least once a year.

    1. Yup, that’s what I have been saying. It seems like all the free previews have been going to “Dish”

  3. Yes, you are so right.Very disappointing.

  4. TDS fiber is making it available also that weekend

    1. Do you have a weblink to check on TDS upcoming free previews?

  5. What about Comcast/Xfinity? Do they even do free previews anymore?

  6. Frontier hasn’t had any free previews in forever. :(

  7. I saw an ad on Frontier in LA that this promo will run September 23rd (Thursday) to the 27th (Monday).

  8. What about Uverse? Been awhile.

  9. It looks like u-verse and Direct TV will be getting this preview as well. https://entertainment.directv.com/hbo-cinemax/

  10. Sure would be nice to see Spectrum on the list of providers once in a while. It’s been so long that the tag on the site for them is still Time Warner Cable and Charter, not Spectrum.

    1. epics been on for over a week now on spectrum

  11. EPB Fiber Optics should be included. They’re likely part of it.

  12. I’m a subscriber of Optimum/Altice cable and I’m getting this free content as of today, 9/23.

    1. FYI: Optimum may also be known as Cablevision to the older customers.

  13. I saw HBO and Max listed in the OnDemand section of COMCAST this morning as free.

  14. Does anyone know if on-demand is free for HBO or Cinemax on FiOS?

I see that it says “Free to me” on some of the movies, but I see no way to view them without “Subscribe”-ing to the service…

    1. I have run into that same problem when I thought it was supposed to be a “free preview”

  15. Forgot to check on Thursday but did check Friday night, HBO and Cinemax is free on FiOS. On Demand doesn’t work for me yet or on the FiOS app,

  16. Does HBO Max access come free with the Freeview as well when you connect it to your TV provider?

  17. Wow also showing HBO and Cinemax

  18. It says there will be a free preview of Cinemax and HBO on the 23rd of October to the 27th. FALSE!!!!!! There is no FREE PREVIEW FOR DIRECTV ON THOSE DATES!!!!!!! SOMEONE HAS TO GET THEIR FACT STRAIGHT!!!!!!
