It looks like several of the providers are offering a free preview of TV Japan.
We know that Verizon FIOS and Time Warner Cable are participating. If your provider is participating please let us know in the comments below.

Today we made TV Japan, the 24-hour Japanese news channel, available for free to all U-verse TV customers so you can keep up with the latest news and recovery efforts from Japan. TV Japan is available to all U-verse TV customers for free through March 17 on channel 3680.
