There will be a free preview of MLB Extra Innings April 5-15. So far I can confirm that this is going to be on DirecTV but I imagine more providers will show it as well. If you’ve heard that your provider is going to be showing this free preview, please leave a comment below.

Indemand posted the April 5-15th timeframe on the MLB Extra Innings page with the 4 payments of $44.75 for early bird so most likely Comcast will send notifications to cable boxes soon.
On the Comcast Guide in my area say there will be FREE PREVIEW of the MLB EXTRA INNINGS on April 5 to April 15.
So far MLB extra innings free preview is not available starting on channel 771. Called comcast but they have no idea why it’s not and can’t do anything to fix the problem.
Why can’t I get the Pirates Phillies opening day game? It seemes blacked out but I’m in neither city’s market
On Verizon fios they are splitting the NHL channels with MLB free preview so it’s like ch1470-1487on my tv
What about Dish network? They are the worst.
I have Directv and there is NO FREE PREVIEW!!! I thought it was supposed to be free from 4/5/12-4/15/12??? Anyone else having this problem?

BTW, all you people who want free channels. I had one of the packages…digital HD stuff, Starz triple play thing…
Well I told em they are too expensive, and while I didn’t get a cheaper rate, they gave me the same rate while including HBO, Cinemax, ShoTime, along with Starz, and a faster internet speed. The sent out a new wireless modem/router too to handle the increased speed.
Price is good for a year, at which point yer good for another promotion rate.
Just thought I’d pass that along.
