im a cox contour customer .. looking for starz/epix on demand, Im in Omaha ne,Its almost 1100 am
Don’t know about anyone else, but the Freeview category in the On Demand menu still hasn’t shown up here in Central Kansas as of Noon CST. Posted in their support forums, but that’s probably a waste of time. This just par (or sub-par) for the course with Cox.
Crap like this is why I’m switching to AT&T Fiber.

Actually got a substantive reply in the Cox Support Forum from someone who wasn’t clueless. They claim they are experiencing technical issues and are “currently working to restore this as soon as possible”. M’kay, I’ll hold my breath for a few hours….

“As previously mentioned, due to technical issues the scheduled free previews are not available. Once the issue is resolved, the following Networks will be accessible for full free previews depending on the video equipment.”

As of 9:35pm AZ time on 5/2/19, the promotion is still not working. Cox tech support says they are still working on it.
Two days into free preview and still not working. Will Cox add more days to make up for the lost days?
I can’t access the freeview at all. Am I doing something wrong or is there a problem?
There is a Movies Extra Pack free preview from May 21st, 2019 to May 27th, 2019. Epix is also now available on DirecTV, channels 558-560. Hopefully, a free preview may happen.
