Verizon FIOS subscribers will be getting a free preview of Starz & Encore starting on June 5 running through June 7th. This free preview will include both SD and HD Starz and Encore channels.

I’m looking for the “free” preview on my Verizon FiOS right now and it’s a no go for Philly, it seems. Could these previews be regional?
Not showing up in the Wash D.C area either.
I confirm no free stuff in northern virginia.
Maybe they are late turning it on… or maybe only a few local affiliates are participating.
Is anybody with Verizon getting this free preview yet?
Free preview is not working in my area either. I remember when the HBO free preview was offered and it wasn’t turned on until a day after it said the free preview was supposed to begin. Maybe it will show up tomorrow.
Nothing here in Edmonds, WA either. I heard that when HBO was offered last month, that it was also a day late.
It’s a day later and still no Starz or Encore. I hope we actually get HBO/Cinemax on the 12th.
No free preview in the Philly area yet either. Has anyone contacted Verizon?
Yeah, I contacted Verizon and they said the problem was with the broadcast company (Starz) now with Verizon, and that therew was nothing they (Verizon) could do about it. Then I went to Starz’s website, and there was contact info.

I live in Buffalo NY and we’ve had the preview on HBO and Cinemax ( including all HD) since June 12th as of 10:30 this morning (June 17th) those channels are still on??
