DirecTV will have a free preview of HBO and Cinemax November 17-20 to promote the Night of Too Many Stars Autism benefit hosted by Jon Stewart. This is in addition to the free preview of HBO, Cinemax, Showtime, and Starz, they are having the weekend after this.

We always get HBO & Cinemax. I’m not complaining but I hope the multi-channel freeview the following weekend still goes ahead.
It is pretty sad that you promote a free weekend and the movies are not up to date or not so good movies. You want to promote a special just to get more customers to subscribe, try showing movies that are current or worth watching.
