There will be a free preview of NBA League Pass that started December 16th and ends on January 8th. So far I can confirm that DirecTV is showing this free preview. If your provider is as well, which I suspect others are, please leave a note in the comments.
Update 12/30/11 – Looks like AT&T U-verse, Brighthouse, Comcast, and Time Warner will be having this free preview too. Thanks for the updates everyone!

Will the trial just be given to you or will you have to have it activated… because apparently i have the free trial but i haven’t activated my league pass trial.
The NBA league Pass preview is available for Xfinity from Comcast. There is no activation required. However, the channels are not in HD.

Verizon Fios started December 25 and it ends January 8. Channels 1489 in HD and 1490-1499 in SD
