  1. June 16th is not a Monday it’s a Sunday. Father’s Day is Sunday June 16th. The guys who knew about this free preview got their days of the week mix up.

  2. Nope, I got the days of the week wrong. I’ll get it fixed.

  3. Sweet! Now I can catch up on Game of Thrones. Only thing I watch on it. I’ve actually seen everything up to the Red Wedding, so I just have two episodes to go

  4. Does anyone know if I will be able to watch the season premier of True Blood on HBO. Sunday the 16th starts at 9:00pm EST. What is the cut off time for the preview period?? Thanks for any info :)

  5. Does anyone know what time on Sunday night does it end? Will it be at 12 AM Midnight?

  6. In the past the channels and on-demand have been turned off at 1 am in my time zone, Sharg. I don’t know if that is different depending on your locality.

It was another good preview weekend. My DVR filled up faster than when we had the recent Starz free preview – more movies/shows I’m interested in on HBO.

The new On Demand set up is kind of frustrating, just because it seems to take longer to get through it and find the program that I’m looking for. Not a big deal though, and certainly nothing to complain about when I’m getting something for free.

But I do wish that U-verse would better inform users that these are upcoming. I have seen a few TV commercials for about the past 2 weeks announcing free HBO for the weekend, but with very little details. Checking the U-verse website didn’t help confirm much because it only said the same as the commercial. Even the newsletter only said HBO on those dates. None of their communication mentioned that Cinemax was included (although I assumed it was) or that On Demand would also be available.

I have to call them about something else, so I will probably give them that feedback.

Thanks again to whomever organizes this website.

    Alan S. (San Diego, CA)
