About the same here, didn’t know until the bill came.. So now I’ll be checking this page often, Also what is up with channel 108? It always says it’s out and to try back later I’ve been trying for months… I’m about ready to call and complain!

I received notice with my bill 8/16/14. Went to the website and saw the following:
“Bright House will be having a free preview of EPIX all summer long, now through August 31.”
Summer began 6/21/14. Can I pay my bills 2 months late without late fee?

Thanks for letting me now in July that there was a free preview weekend in March !!!!!! I guess you don’t want customers taking advantage of the preview.

Geez, i wouldn’t of even known this as we did not received a flyer. My boss got one in the mail and that’s how I found out. We have been a loyal customer for over 15 years and feel that we should of been notified of this free preview. As I look over the info on this sight I see there has been previous free previews as well that we NEVER knew about. Thanks for letting us know Jeff!!! Kudos to you,and not any to bad bad brighthouse!!!!!
