Verizon Fios has it, in my area the channels are 1461-1474 and they share the channels with the NHL. I guess because they share the channels, Fios ALSO has a Free View of the NHL Center Ice as well.

In reply to Ed. Well the league did finally reach an agreement and reset the season schedule. Based on the new season opening day the free preview should start Apr 7.

Well this preview not going to happen on those dates considering the league and players are still in a contract dispute and those games are cancelled. The earliest it could be is about 2 weeks later pending the agreement actually happening.
