Does anyone know what time of day the previews begin and end? Is it midnight on Thursday night to midnight on Monday?

Apparently, there are other providers who are carrying this free preview, but I haven’t found out about any major cable providers carrying it just yet. The ones I did find out about that are carrying the HBO/Cinemax preview are really small cable and telco providers like Adams Cable, Northeast Missouri Rural Telephone Company’s nemrTV and ATMC.

So, we know that HBO and Cinemax are having free previews on Verizon FiOS and DirecTV on April 15-18. Does anyone know of there any other providers (Time Warner, Cox, Comcast, AT&T U-verse, etc.) also running a free preview of HBO and Cinemax that weekend as well?
