We absolutely have not been given these channels, even after receiving a telephone call from DirecTv…has happened before.
All we are seeing is higher costs and more infomercial saturated channels.

Joel, it may be your DirecTV receivers are not HD which is why you are not getting those channels. DirecTV is going completely HD in April and shutting off SD… if your receivers are not HD by then, you will not be able to watch any DirecTV channels on your set(s) at all.

Dunno about anyone else, but my DirecTV doesn’t have this — and didn’t last time either.

Switched my channel list to all channels. It goes from 557 Sundance TV to 562 Dog TV (greyed out) to 574 Pay Per View (also greyed out). And when I select any of these channels, I get Channel Not Available.
