I was told when I switched to uverse we would be able to get the hallmark chanel, I’m thinking about leaving uverse and going with a company that does have it. Get it or I’m moving on!!

Please bring back the hallmark channel. We would like to have more wholesome channels to choose from. Yes, believe it or not, there are people that still enjoy wholesome tv.

Why can’t we have the Hallmark Channel back? It’s one of the best channels around and AT&T is the only cable company that does not carry this channel. Please bring it back.

With regard to the U450 free weekend: Even though it states in the advertisement for upgrade and free programming weekend (U450 package) there is no ESPN available. ESPN is included in the U450 package which makes the advertisement..false advertising. Not the truth.
Who would want to upgrade with a company which does a mass mailing to all U-verse members which is not truthful? Poor planning and poor implementation of an event designed to increase the usership of the service.

I had considered upgrading until this happened. I have now reconsidered my internet and programming needs with this company and will investigate the opportunities elsewhere.

Very poor decisions of upper management to make the company look like a liar.

I like the free preview.
But it is not the whole U-450 package.
No ESPN channels are active in the preview.
I cannot seem to get hold of anyone to confirm it is not my STB.

Please bring the Hallmark Channel back to U-Verse customers. We pay a lot for our service and would hate to have to go elsewhere for TV/Cable services, but with all the competition out there, there would so many other possible choices. THank you
